Return Goods

F.O.B. Shipping Point
All tool shipments will be made F.O.B. Owatonna, Minnesota. Shipment will be made by the method you specify. Normal methods include United Parcel Service, Parcel Post or UPS Air.

Next-Day Shipping If your order has been received after 2:30 p.m. EST, it will be scheduled to ship the next business day.

United States
State and local sales and/or use tax will be added to order if applicable.
Prices include duty, freight to Windsor, brokerage fee, and exchange rate which is calculated monthly.  Taxes are added where applicable.  Freight from Windsor will be added to the invoice.

Service Parts
Most Bosch products are serviceable and replacement items are available. To order or obtain price information on unidentified parts, please describe the required part as thoroughly as possible using whatever tool numbers are available.
Returned/Repaired Goods Policy
  • No credit will be issued for any return without obtaining prior authorization from Bosch Automotive Service Solutions Inc..
  • Customer must return the product in unused saleable condition, in the original carton. All software must be in original sealed packaging any unsealed software will not have credit issued
  • Return to Bosch must be shipped PREPAID.
  • Return must be received within 30 days after invoice date to avoid a restocking fee.
  • Return received 31 -60 days after the invoice date is subject to a 20% restocking fee.
  • Return received 60 -90 days after the invoice date is subject to a 50% restocking fee.
  • No credit will be issued after 90 days of invoice date
  • Return/Repair processing requires two (2) copies of the original invoice and/or pack slip. One (1) on the outside of the package and one (1) with the product inside.
  • Drop shipped items must be returned directly to the manufacturer. Please call our Customer Service Department for instructions on how to return drop shipped items. (1-800-328-6657)
  • Bosch Automotive Service Solutions Inc. will not issue credit for any initial outbound freight

  • It is the Customer responsibility to notify the Freight Carriers immediately regarding all freight related DAMAGES.
  • Claims for SHORTAGES and non-freight related DAMAGES must be made to Bosch Automotive Service Solutions Inc. within ten (10) days from receipt of shipment.
  • Bosch Automotive Service Solutions Inc related CLAIMS after this period may not be honored.
